Ella here! Lots of love and gratitude to my awesome friend Punky for getting me back into the flow. That's what it's all about folks! Being positive and surrounding ourselves with the most wonderful and positive people- it will keep us on our path. That's the gist of this here little blog.
So, here I am. An ex-raw, 100% vegan mama... but I'm taking this title up a notch with the help of my crew. Join me as I slide back into the raw lifestyle and yoga it up on my fantastic new mat. Thanks Punky! This is the dream becoming real.
